        風扇有異音，原廠無法更換。

        拆機全面清理，風扇拆除重新填入新油，因軸心巳有磨損告知客戶有故障復發的可能性，客戶決定更換新品。

        系統反應異常緩慢。

        經檢測後，因主系統ＳＳＤ容量過小，利用率過低，ＳＳＤ可能巳部份隕壞。與客戶溝通後採用更換512G SSD 方案，重灌作業系統、TYPE J 優化、轉移原本資料。
