        偶發性在操作中畫面會變黑色，任何操作都會無效，但一下子會回復，機殼重度生鏽有更換需求。

        經診斷可能是硬碟儲存系統無法提供即時的反應造成，重灌系統，排除軟體衝突，建置 SSO 磁碟優化系統，更換機殼；另外硬碟須觀查，因為該裝置有頗高的壞軌機率，也有可能會造成嚴重的效能低落。

        診斷為硬碟磁區異常。

        更換硬碟，重新安裝作業系統。

        無法開機，windows 7 無限系統修復。

        使用 Avast 掃毒軟體檢查後無嚴重電腦病毒中毒的情況，詢問客戶也告知情況發生的前後也沒有特殊的使用，只是用了 Word 及觀看 Youtube ，所以可能是使用者習慣及整體系統維修紀錄判斷為主機板所造成的一系列問題，原主機板 GA-B85M-DS3H 更換為全新 G1.Sniper Z87 主機板。

        無法開機。

        作業系統檔案損毀，光碟機有不穏定現象（有時找不到有時正常），排線在更換主機版時也全數換新，只能推定可能是光碟機訊號去影響到 SATA PORT 而造成硬碟機的訊號錯誤（因為其他可能的原因皆巳排除）。

        移除光碟機接線，重新安裝系統，作後續追踪。
