    機身過熱, 無法正常使用, 會有當機的情況, 隔二日要使用就無法開機, 也無法充電, 巳送過原廠, 檢測主機反故障, 電池老化。

    檢測電池的確有問題, 其中一個電芯正常, 另一個電芯無法蓄電, 主板須更換電池後測試。更換電池後檢測, 電池可以充電, 但充電動畫會當機, 主處理晶片角落溫度異常高, 應為晶片內部短路。

    更換電池組及二手主機板, 因為主晶片也沒有全新的, 二手價也不低, 所以不考慮更換晶片, 因為焊接有可能失敗, 所以買二手板風險低。主機板更換完成後, 再次檢測, 功能都正常, 但有一側喇叭排線座損壞無法使用, 但不影響功能, 主晶片運作時溫度可達70度, 長期使用需要良好的散熱, 原廠的散熱設計不良, 晶片與背板石墨層空隙很大, 所以拆開晶片保護鐵蓋, 在鐵蓋與晶片間加入銅片及散熱膏, 將熱量導出鐵片, 鐵蓋蓋上後再用厚銅貼片延伸, 並墊高與背板玻璃上的石墨層相貼合, 再把熱導到背板玻璃, 再測試溫度降至50度左右, 播 youtube 約在40度, 完修, 溫度分如圖。
