哈雷1200CC 尾燈進水故障。

經檢測，原防水封膠類似電路板灌注膠，材質較硬，可與壓克力保持良好貼合，但與基座塑膠無法完結合（也有可能是表面有銀漆），年久變質硬化而導致滲水，進水後客戶繼續使用，導致電解離，部份 LED 燈珠被擊穿斷路，電路板亦被輕度腐蝕。

密封用膠非常難以清除，電路板清洗後，清除腐蝕物質，檢測電路板尚無斷線，等待專用 LED 訂貨，更換故障的燈珠。更換完新的燈珠，使用電路板防水漆作為第二層防護，外殼則用防水專用軟性密封膠重新注膠，考慮燈具的安裝位置，外殼決定不開小排水孔，維修完畢做竟浸水測試確保密封效果，完修。
