        雷射頭不轉動，錯誤三。

        該機型部件皆為模組化，很棒的設計，但該雷射模組的旋轉馬逹是由主機板直接驅動，測試該信號無電位，有時會有信號導致馬達會動一下即停，經驗上應可能為馬逹驅動晶片故障或是雷射訊號不正常。

        理論上更換馬逹驅動晶片即可，但因主機板甚為精密，加上有上保護膠，晶片很難分辯是哪一個，怕不小心給修壞了，加上也可能是雷射模組造成的問題，所以建議先送原廠，可以降低維修成本，不划算再來自己修。
        後續處理：送原廠判定是雷射訊號的問題，更換零件完修，比原先估計的價格還低，客戶很滿意。
