    Panasonic RX-ED90 卡帶、CD皆無法使用，收音機正常。

    音量按鍵跳脫，CD 雷射頭需清洗，限位開關氧化；卡帶的磁帶輪硬化，輪軸芯變質粉化，轉針生鏽，皮帶老化。

    更換音量按鍵，清洗雷射頭，重新補塗碟盤滑脂，限位開關因為是特殊規格，以折解零件清洗；卡帶零件因年代久遠沒有可替代品，與客戶溝通後採用小編客製零件，利用 3D 建模列印重新設計並製作磁帶轉輪及皮帶，轉針去鏽打磨，卡帶機構動件皆重新上滑脂。
