          電腦無法開機，自行維護時出現火花。

          主機板部份電路燒毀，清理熔毀部份時發現波及中間層電路，判定無法修復(成本太高)，其餘問題等更換主機板後測試。

          更換Z68二手主機板(原為H61)，清潔記憶體及顯卡週邊接點，重新佈殼內跑線(原本的真的太亂)，檢測電源供應器數值正常，一條SATA 電源接點外露(可能造成事故的原因)，將該電源接點封閉；原光碟機的 4P 轉SATA電源線未確實接好，整修完成後開機無法進入作業系統，判斷為 MBR 開機磁區資料損毀，修復後可進入原作業系統，但作業系統存在無法改善的問題，與客戶溝通後重新安裝新版本作業系統，優化。

          硬碟系統區壞軌，造成讀取問題。

          客戶溝通後換裝 SSD 及 1T 資料硬碟，另外更換原本的 SATA 線老化容易鬆脫，易造成故障一併更換（原硬碟 1 條，新加硬碟 1 條），換裝後將原硬碟資料搶救回新的資料硬碟。
