    電源按鍵無法使用，他行告知客戶須連同螢幕整組換新。

    判斷為外力撞擊造成電源按鍵及機體變形，按鍵無法復位；按鍵雖然在面板邊上，可以稍作整形就可以回復功能，不至於要整個機體面板換新；拆機處理，移除按鍵外本體，機體變形矯正，測試按鍵無損傷，維修後可正常開機。
