                    電腦無法開機，卡在初始畫面，無法進入 BIOS，電池無功能。

                    階段一，主機板遭小強入侵，部份線路被分泌物腐蝕，全機使用洗劑清洗殘留分泌物，機板表層清除腐蝕重新上鍚後，多次中有一次正常啟動，判斷為穿板層線路故障（機板為多層佈線），維修成本過高。經客戶同意更換二手良品主板。

                    階斷二，更換主機板後可正常開機，經測試鍵盤超過十鍵無作用（印刷線路斷了一條），記憶體不足，硬碟老化嚴重（錯誤的系統配置造成的），螢幕部分偏光片區域有黃化（與機殼塗料產生化學變化），有暗點。

                    更換鍵盤、硬碟、添加記憶體 2GB 、副廠電池、重新安裝系統及配置優化，螢幕的部份不明顯處理亦不合效益不予處理，全機美容。

                    後記：該機無法安裝 7200rpm 的硬碟，BIOS 已更新到最新版本。
