    經檢測，外部加熱及感測元件基本良好，初步認為是主控板未輸出控制信號，移除相關電路板中的電子零件，在與後端隔離後，判定晶片的確沒有輸出控制信號，有可能晶片故障。冷靜思考後，也有可能是狀況判定的問題，日本設計的東西都有些安全機制，於是重新檢測外部所有元件，最後發現溫度感測器的數值，沒有壞，但阻值有些偏小，在通過上電測試後，改變阻值是可以讓機器運作的，於是故障點出現。

    Tiger 老一點的型號零件都是停產的，溫度感測器也是特殊造型，網路有出售存貨，但單價不斐，只能透過零件再加工來維修，記憶電池改換可更換式電池座，修復後運作正常。
