2021-04-19	Issue 跑步機電路維修，共兩台，小台為Ａ，大台為Ｂ，皆可過電但沒有作動反應。 Analysis Ａ曾因控制面板按鍵維修過，但沒有到位，馬達驅動的部份沒有反應。Ｂ電源板正常，控制面板的按鍵信訊有問題，導至無法接受控制信訊。 Repair Ａ部份，修改控制面板的所有石墨按鍵，改為易更換的微動開關，為配合與按鍵的間隙，削除了部份按鍵高度，處理後可正常控制；馬達的部份循著 5V 的速度回饋信號往回找，找到了訊號的保護電路元件失效短路，導至信號接地，更換元件後正常。Ｂ部份，主控採用 EM78 單晶片，採用掃描式按鍵，為確保測試正確，拆下所有的按鍵，單個安裝新的按鍵也沒有反應，懷疑是按鍵埠故障，後來測接腳波形是有的，於是沿電路再查一次，發現電路板的設計，很多關鍵位置是透過按鍵的內部引腳，所以只要某一按鍵故障，就會全部失效，所以更換所有按鍵後正常。

Repair
